Vision

My goal is to assist my clients to build safe connections within themselves and with others.  For many years I advocated for independence and self-sufficiency as a coping mechanism for my wounding relationships (friends, family, and romantic ones).  Slowly I realized that I was isolated and feeling lonely.  Through my readings and research I understood the importance of healthy relationships in the process of emotional healing and how these new safe relational cycles can improve quality of life, self-esteem, decrease anxiety and depression, and help all other pathologies that are haunting many of us.  Even if you are experiencing cut off from family and friends, it is possible to turn inwards and find a secure attachment within yourself. Let me help you.
